BenchK Wall Bars 222W – White with Pull-Up Bar & Dip Bar

The BenchK 222W gives the white Series 2 wall bars both halves of upper-body bodyweight training: a fixed 6-grip pull-up bar at the top and a DB1 dip bar that hooks onto the rungs. It suits anyone who wants pull-ups and dips without floor space for a separate station.

How it compares

The 221W has the same pull-up bar without the dip bar, and the 223W adds the B1 bench. The 232W pairs the dip bar with the convertible PB3 instead of the fixed PB2.

• Fixed 6-grip pull-up bar. The PB2 is permanently mounted to the top of the frame, at either of 2 heights, with non-slip handles for varied grips.
• Adjustable dip bar. The DB1 changes height for each user or comes off completely. Its armrests and back support are integral polyurethane, which is durable and wipes clean.

Ceiling clearance: leave at least 20–25 cm (8–10 in) between the top of the pull-up bar and the ceiling so your head clears it during pull-ups.

Mounting requirements

• Concrete or solid brick, 4.7 in (12 cm) or thicker: mount with the hardware in the carton.
• Wood studs: order the WHW+S8 holder pair for white Series 2 frames; BenchK requires it on stud walls.
• Plasterboard or drywall alone: won't hold wall bars.

Choosing the mounting method is the buyer's decision and responsibility. Lost or damaged masonry fixings can be replaced with the PS8 plug and screw set.

Every set of beech rungs has its own grain and tone, so yours may look slightly different from the photos. BenchK warrants the metal elements for 10 years and the wood and polyurethane parts for 2 years (terms on Warranty Support). Ships free within the contiguous United States.
