Recoil S2 Suspension Trainer

The Recoil S2 is a suspension trainer with retractable straps. The full strap length stores inside the unit, and both straps adjust together at the push of a button. The Trainer kit includes a lashing strap that anchors it to bars, racks or a BenchK wall bar in a few seconds.

Why it works

• Head-to-toe adjustment. Recoil describes the S2 as having the largest primary adjustment range on the market, so one unit covers every exercise and user height.
• Push-button length changes. Both straps adjust simultaneously to any length.
• No tangled ends. Only the strap length in use comes out of the unit; the rest stays inside.
• Easy-adjust foot straps. Slide the handle down to snug the strap while your foot is already in place, and back up to release. Comfortable for barefoot training.
• Durable materials. Textured, non-slip rubber grips, and high-strength polyester straps that Recoil compares to automotive seatbelt webbing.
