KORVN Equipment ships fitness equipment, training systems, accessories, and replacement parts across the United States. Because products vary significantly in size and weight, delivery methods can vary by item.
How shipping works
Smaller items may ship by standard parcel carrier, while larger or heavier equipment may ship by freight. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
Automated shipping rates cover delivery within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or anywhere else, contact KORVN before ordering.
BenchK and Recoil
BenchK wall bars, training equipment and accessories, and Recoil suspension trainers, ship free within the contiguous United States. The free shipping option is shown at checkout.
QLI Fitness Equipment
QLI shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery state and the items in your order, within the contiguous United States. Checkout shows the total before payment.
- Freight equipment: priced by delivery region and the total number of QLI machines in your order. One machine is $520–$860, depending on region, and orders with several machines pay less per machine. Orders of more than 6 machines are quoted before purchase.
- Parcel items: priced by delivery state and the total weight of the parcel items in your order, from $40.
If your order includes both freight equipment and parcel items, both charges apply.
A few very large QLI items, such as multi-station machines and complete rigs, can't be priced at checkout. Their product pages offer a freight quote, and KORVN confirms the delivered shipping charge before you pay.
Freight is curbside/dock delivery by appointment. Residential freight may include liftgate service. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are not included.
Timing (from QLI): in-stock items typically leave QLI's warehouse in 2–5 business days (5–10 for large commercial orders); items not in stock take approximately 8–16 weeks. Transit time is additional, and KORVN confirms timing after you order.
Online checkout ships QLI orders within the contiguous United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii or Canada, contact KORVN for a quote before ordering.
American Barbell
American Barbell orders use a delivered price. Shipping for American Barbell depends on the products in your order and the delivery address, so these products don't show a shipping rate at checkout. Instead, request a delivered price on the product page. KORVN confirms current availability and the delivered cost, then sends you a secure Shopify invoice. You pay only after you've seen the delivered price. American Barbell ships the order directly to you, and KORVN stays your point of contact.
Freight deliveries
Large equipment may require freight delivery. Delivery timing and carrier details are confirmed after your order is processed. Freight delivery does not automatically include inside delivery, assembly, or installation unless specifically stated.
Delivery timing
Processing and transit times vary by product, manufacturer, destination, and carrier. We'll provide available tracking or delivery information once the order has been prepared for shipment.
Receiving large equipment
For freight shipments, customers should inspect the shipment for visible damage before signing for delivery. If damage is visible, photograph the shipment and note the damage with the carrier whenever possible, then contact KORVN Equipment promptly.
Assembly & installation
Assembly, wall mounting, and installation are not included unless specifically stated on the product page or arranged separately. Some products may require professional installation depending on equipment and mounting surface.
