Recoil S2 or S2 Home?
The trainer, straps, adjustment system and grips are identical. The difference is the mounting hardware in the box:
- Recoil S2: includes a lashing strap for anchoring to a bar, power rack, beam or a BenchK wall bar rung. On wall bars, the rung you choose sets the anchor height.
- Recoil S2 Home: adds a combined bag and door mount, so a solid door becomes an anchor point. Useful for apartments, hotel rooms and travel.
What both kits share
Retractable straps with no loose ends, push-button length adjustment, easy-adjust foot straps, textured non-slip rubber grips and high-strength polyester straps.
Where it fits
A suspension trainer adds rows, presses, core work and assisted movements without another floor-standing machine, so it's a common add-on to wall bars or a power rack.
