KORVN EQUIPMENT SHIPPING POLICY

KORVN Equipment ships fitness equipment, training systems, accessories, and replacement parts within the United States. Shipping methods and costs vary by product, manufacturer, and the size of the shipment.

SHIPPING AREA

Automated shipping rates at checkout cover delivery addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or any other destination, contact KORVN before ordering.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges are based on the products ordered and are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

BENCHK AND RECOIL

BenchK and Recoil products ship free within the contiguous United States. The free shipping option is shown at checkout.

QLI FITNESS EQUIPMENT

QLI Fitness Equipment shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery state and the items in the order, within the contiguous United States:

• Freight equipment: based on the delivery region and the total number of QLI machines in the order. Orders of more than 6 machines are quoted before purchase.
• Parcel items: based on the delivery state and the total weight of the parcel items in the order.

If an order includes both freight equipment and parcel items, both charges apply. Checkout shows the total shipping charge before payment.

Some very large QLI items cannot be priced at checkout. Their product pages offer a freight quote, and KORVN confirms the delivered shipping charge before you pay.

OTHER PRODUCTS

Shipping terms for other brands or products will be shown at checkout or confirmed by KORVN before the order is finalized.

FREIGHT DELIVERIES

Large or heavy equipment may ship by freight carrier rather than standard parcel service. Freight is delivered curbside or to a dock. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly, installation, and packaging removal are not included unless specifically stated.

If a delivery requires services beyond curbside or dock delivery, KORVN will confirm any additional charge with you before those services are arranged.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates vary by manufacturer, product availability, destination, and carrier.

Any delivery date or transit estimate provided by KORVN or a carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders may be subject to manufacturer availability, freight confirmation, or other fulfillment requirements before shipment.

KORVN may contact you if additional information is required to process or ship your order.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS

Please inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact KORVN as soon as possible with:

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging and shipping damage, if applicable

Do not discard packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional carrier charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
