BenchK Wall Bars 700B – Black

The BenchK 700B is the black Series 7 frame on its own: steel side profiles and beech rungs, with no attachments in the order. It suits buyers who want the Series 7 build for hanging, stretching, mobility and bodyweight work now, and plan to add a pull-up bar, dip bar or bench later.

How it compares

Every black Series 7 set starts from this frame. The model number shows what gets added: the 711B brings a wooden pull-up bar, the 721B a fixed steel bar, the 731B the convertible PB3, and the 732B and 733B stack on the dip bar and bench. If you already know which attachments you want, a configured set puts them in one order. The 700B makes sense when you'd rather build up piece by piece.

Highlights

• Oiled, not varnished. The solid beech rungs get two coats of a linseed-based oil, so the wood keeps its natural feel under the hands.
• Lined rung slots. Each oval opening in the steel profile has a plastic bush that protects the wood and tidies the joint.
• Laser-cut steel. Every cut and hole in the profiles is laser-made for a clean, consistent fit.

Before you order: your wall

• Wood studs: the WHB+S8 wall holder pair is required and sold separately.
• Concrete or solid brick: the carton's fixings cover it. The Fischer expansion bolts need at least 4.7 in (12 cm) of wall.
• Drywall on its own: can't carry wall bars.

The choice of mounting method, and responsibility for it, sits with the buyer.

Natural beech varies in grain and tone, so your rungs may look slightly different from the photos. BenchK warrants metal elements for 10 years and wood and polyurethane parts for 2 years (see Warranty Support). Ships free within the contiguous United States.
