Freight delivery is calculated at checkout from your delivery state and the number of machines in your order: $520–$860 for one machine within the contiguous United States. Curbside/dock delivery by appointment. Residential freight may include liftgate service. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Orders of more than 6 machines are quoted. Typical timing from QLI: 2–5 business days to leave the warehouse when in stock; about 8–16 weeks when not in stock. The QLI Plate Loaded Lever Row (QPLR70) is a chest-supported lever row that makes the incline barbell row safer and easier to perform. It strengthens and develops the back and shoulders, and suits commercial gyms, athletic facilities and home gyms.
The footplate distance adjusts to match each user's height and posture, and the support assembly height also adjusts for a comfortable, effective position. The machine is versatile: in addition to plates, users can load it with dumbbells or kettlebells to suit different training needs. The chest and thigh cushions are covered in waterproof, breathable leather that is easy to clean.
The QPLR70 gives a pulling section a supported row that is easy to set up, complementing a lat pulldown and seated row. QLI rates it to 440 lb (200 kg), so it handles heavy back work.
