Collection: Strength Machines

Three types of machine

• Plate-loaded: standard weight plates on frame-mounted horns and a direct loading feel. The machines tend to be lighter, and plates are sold separately, so budget for plates and storage.
• Selectorized: a built-in weight stack and selector pin. Load changes take seconds, which keeps a machine moving when members share it.
• Pro-Axis: QLI's line of selectorized machines, designed to work as a matched line across upper and lower body. It suits facilities planning a consistent circuit.

Planning a strength floor

Group machines by movement: a lower-body area (leg press, leg extension, leg curl, calf raise, hip thrust), a pulling area (lat pulldown, seated row, T-bar row) and a pressing area (chest, incline and shoulder press, fly). Each product page lists dimensions and net weight, and many list a weight capacity. Weight stacks make selectorized machines heavy, so measure the delivery route and confirm the floor before ordering.
