The QLI Adjustable Seated Row Machine (QASR62) is a plate-loaded row designed for controlled, natural pulling that works the upper back. It adapts to each user's posture and suits commercial gyms, training studios and serious home gyms, for beginners through experienced athletes.
A rotating chest cushion and height-adjustable seat with a locking pin let users set a supported, comfortable position. Two grip styles change the emphasis: angled handles bring in more upper back and rear shoulder, while a neutral grip focuses on the back. Three weight plate positions give constant, progressive (light to heavy) or regressive (heavy to light) resistance, and a single-arm option allows unilateral work for balance and control.
The QASR62 is a natural partner to a lat pulldown such as the QLI QALPM93 in a pulling section. Plan space for plate storage close by.
