Freight delivery is calculated at checkout from your delivery state and the number of machines in your order: $520–$860 for one machine within the contiguous United States. Curbside/dock delivery by appointment. Residential freight may include liftgate service. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Orders of more than 6 machines are quoted. Typical timing from QLI: 2–5 business days to leave the warehouse when in stock; about 8–16 weeks when not in stock. The QLI Lat Pulldown – Low Row (QPLR050) combines two essential back exercises in one plate-loaded machine, developing the upper back, middle back and biceps. It suits all training levels, from beginners to professional athletes, in commercial gyms and serious home gyms.
Users can switch between the lat pulldown and low row without changing machines, which diversifies back training and saves floor space. A sturdy cable and high-strength, smooth pulley keep the movement fluid with minimal friction, and adjustable weight and seat positions adapt to different users and training intensities. Non-slip handles keep the grip secure, and a large footplate adds comfort and stability during rows. The high-grade solid steel frame has an electrostatic powder coating to prevent oxidation.
