QLI Free-Standing J Squat – Single-Sided

The QLI Free Standing J Squat – Single Sided (QFSS058) is a compact, plate-loaded lever squat that makes efficient use of gym floor space. It is aimed mainly at squats that strengthen the calves, glutes, abs and lower back, and suits commercial gyms, functional training areas and home gyms.

Sturdy weight plate holders let users adjust the load as needed, and the steel frame has an electrostatic paint finish for durability. The machine can be attached to a QLI cage or gym station for extra stability, and it works with a belt, the QLI Stirrup Handle or the Double D Handle to add more lower- and upper-body exercises.

For facilities that want lever squats without the footprint of a full machine, the QFSS058 is an easy fit. QLI's double-sided version, the QFDS107, adds more training options.
