The QLI Adjustable Lat Pulldown Machine (QALPM93) is a plate-loaded pulldown station for focused back training in commercial gyms, training studios and well-equipped private facilities. The seat, roller cushions and chest pad all adjust, so each user can settle into a stable, repeatable position before loading the pull. Independent movement arms let the exercise be trained with one arm or both.

The QALPM93 earns its footprint through how much of the movement can be tuned. A 180° rotating seat assembly lets users face inward or outward for different pulldown variations, and dual handle attachment points add grip options. QLI also builds in three resistance settings: constant resistance through the full range, a progressive profile that gets heavier toward the end of the pull, and a regressive profile that starts heavy and lightens. Coaches can change the training stimulus without adding another station.

At roughly 7'9" long, 5' wide and 7'5" tall, this machine suits a dedicated strength area with the ceiling height to match. Because it is plate-loaded, keep a plate tree or plate storage rack close by. It pairs naturally with a seated row or T-bar row to build a complete pulling section.
