Freight delivery is calculated at checkout from your delivery state and the number of machines in your order: $520–$860 for one machine within the contiguous United States. Curbside/dock delivery by appointment. Residential freight may include liftgate service. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Orders of more than 6 machines are quoted. Typical timing from QLI: 2–5 business days to leave the warehouse when in stock; about 8–16 weeks when not in stock. The QLI Ab Crunch Machine (QCM01) is a plate-loaded machine for training the abdominals. It combines standard crunch and oblique crunch movements to work the upper abs and obliques, and suits commercial gyms, studios and home gyms that want a dedicated core station.
An adjustable swivel seat allows several workout positions, so users can move between straight and oblique crunches without changing machines. A seat frame, foot cushion and handle grips keep the body in a comfortable, controlled position, which helps users maintain correct posture. Long, rubber-coated handles give a secure, non-slip grip, and weight plate holders mounted on the back frame make it easy to adjust the load. The sturdy steel frame is built for long-term stability.
The QCM01 adds progressive, loaded core work to a strength floor. Plan space for weight plates nearby.
