BenchK 2-in-1 Pull-Up & Dip Bar D8

The BenchK D8 is a pull-up bar and a dip station in one piece of equipment, and it doesn't need wall bars. It mounts straight to the wall on its own hooks, so it's a good choice when you want pull-ups and dips but have no room, or no need, for a full ladder.

How it works

The D8 comes with four wall hooks, which you fix at the heights that suit the user. Hang the D8 on the top pair and it's a pull-up bar. Move it to the lower pair and it becomes a set of dip bars with arm rests and a back rest.
