BenchK VMS Vertical Movement Station

The BenchK VMS Vertical Movement Station is BenchK's all-in-one wall unit, built on the black Series 7 frame. Instead of choosing a wall bar and then adding attachments one by one, you order the station as a single system with the frame, a convertible pull-up bar and a dip bar. It suits buyers who want the complete system in one decision.

What it's built from

The VMS uses the same black 700-series frame as the Series 7 wall bars, and it follows the 700-series manual. BenchK's component list pairs that frame with the PB3B convertible pull-up bar and the DB1B dip bar, the same two attachments found on the 732B and 733B. So accessories listed for black Series 7 wall bars are the ones to look at for the VMS too.

Highlights

• Pull-ups and barbell storage on one bar. The PB3B moves between rungs, and flipped over it becomes a barbell rest rated to 441 lb (200 kg).
• Dips with back support. The DB1B hooks onto the rungs with felt-lined hooks and can be moved up or down to suit the user.
• Beech and steel frame. Solid beech rungs, hand-oiled rather than varnished, sit in powder-coated steel profiles.

Check your wall before you order

• Wood stud wall: the WHB+S8 wall holder pair is required and sold separately.
• Concrete or solid brick: use the fixings in the carton. BenchK's Fischer expansion bolts need a wall at least 4.7 in (12 cm) thick.
• Drywall alone: not suitable for mounting.

How the station is mounted is the buyer's decision and responsibility. If you ever need replacement wall fixings, the PS12 plug and screw set is the Series 7 match.
