The BenchK 733W is the white Series 7 wall bars with every main BenchK attachment included: the PB3 convertible pull-up bar, the DB1 dip bar and the B1 reversible bench. If you want the complete wall setup in a light finish and in a single order, this is the set.
How it compares
Go down the range and attachments drop away: the 732W loses the bench, and the 731W keeps only the PB3. The 723W includes the same dip bar and bench but uses the fixed PB2 pull-up bar. Choose the 733W if you want a bar that moves between rungs and doubles as a barbell rest. The 733B is identical in black.
Highlights
- Rack a bar on the wall. With the PB3 flipped, the frame holds a barbell of up to 441 lb (200 kg).
- Nothing is permanent. One adult can lift each attachment off or move it to suit the user.
- Molded bench. The B1's back rest, small seat and knee pads are one integral polyurethane piece, with no foam or synthetic leather. It reverses, and its extra seat allows crunches and angled or upright presses.

Mounting requirements
- Stud-framed wall: add the WHW+S8 wall holder pair, which stud walls require.
- Concrete or solid brick: the included fixings cover it. The Fischer bolts need a wall of at least 12 cm (4.7 in).
- Drywall on its own: not suitable.
The buyer decides on the mounting method and is responsible for it. On 73x models, BenchK lists the PB3 as required for the DB1 and B1, so keep it fitted when you use them.
Beech grain and shade vary from set to set. BenchK warrants metal elements for 10 years and wood and polyurethane parts for 2 years (Warranty Support). Ships free within the contiguous United States.
