The BenchK 722B covers the two big bodyweight pushes and pulls in one set. It's the black Series 7 frame with a fixed steel pull-up bar at the top and the DB1 dip bar hooked onto the rungs. Pick it if pull-ups and dips are the core of your training and you don't need a bench.
How it compares
The 722B and 732B both pair a pull-up bar with the DB1 dip bar. The difference is the bar: the 722B's PB2 is fixed at the top with six grips, while the 732B's PB3 can be moved and flipped into a barbell rest. The 721B is the same set without the dip bar. The 723B adds the B1 bench. The 722W is this configuration in white.
Highlights
- Fixed six-grip bar. The PB2 is mounted permanently at the top of the frame, with non-slip handles.
- Movable dip bar. The DB1 can be moved to another height or taken off the frame completely.
- Steel and beech. Nine oval beech rungs sit in powder-coated 40 × 50 mm profiles that are laser-cut and joined.

Before you order: your wall
- Wood stud wall: the WHB+S8 wall holder pair is required, sold separately.
- Concrete or solid brick: use the fixings supplied. BenchK's Fischer bolts need a wall at least 12 cm (4.7 in) thick.
- Drywall only: not suitable for mounting.
The mounting method is the buyer's decision and responsibility.
Beech grain and color vary naturally. BenchK warrants metal elements for 10 years and wood and polyurethane components for 2 years (Warranty Support). Ships free within the contiguous United States.
