The BenchK 721B is the black Series 7 frame with a steel pull-up bar fixed at the top. It's a straightforward choice for anyone whose main goal is pull-ups: the bar stays in place and gives you six grip positions, while the ladder below handles hangs, leg raises and stretching.
How it compares
The 721B and 731B differ in their pull-up bar. The 721B's PB2 is permanently mounted with six non-slip handles. The 731B's PB3 hooks onto the rungs, can be moved, and flips over to rest a barbell. The 711B uses a wooden bar instead. To add dipping, the 722B has the same fixed bar plus the DB1 dip bar. The 721B can also take the DB1B dip bar and B1B bench later.
Highlights
- Six grips. The PB2's non-slip handles let you switch between wide, narrow and neutral pulling positions.
- Nothing to reposition. The bar is fixed to the top of the frame, so it's always ready.
- Room to expand. With the DB1 and B1 added, BenchK describes the result as a home gym in about 1 m² (10.76 sq ft).

Check your wall before you order
- Wood stud wall: the WHB+S8 wall holder pair is required and sold separately.
- Concrete or solid brick: the carton's fixings cover it. The Fischer bolts need a wall of at least 12 cm (4.7 in).
- Drywall on its own: not suitable.
The buyer decides on, and is responsible for, the installation method.
Beech varies in grain and color between pieces. BenchK warrants metal elements for 10 years and wood and polyurethane parts for 2 years (Warranty Support). Ships free within the contiguous United States.
