The BenchK 700W is the Series 7 wall bar frame in white, sold bare: solid beech rungs in matte white steel profiles. It's a clean starting point for a bright room or studio. You get a full ladder for hangs, stretches and bodyweight training on day one, with room to add attachments over time.
How it compares
The 700W is the frame that every white Series 7 set is built on. The 711W adds a wooden pull-up bar, the 721W a fixed steel bar and the 731W the convertible PB3, and the 732W and 733W include the dip bar and bench as well. The 700B is the same frame in black. Pick the color first, because BenchK attachments follow the same color line.
Highlights
- Natural wood feel. The beech rungs are hand-oiled in two layers of linseed-based oil instead of lacquer.
- Bushed slots. A plastic bush sits in each oval rung opening, which protects the wood where it meets the steel.
- Precise profiles. The 40 × 50 mm steel profiles are laser-cut and finished in matte white powder coat.
- Grows with white-line parts. Add the PB3W, PB2W or PB204 pull-up bar, the DB1W dip bar or the B1W bench when you're ready.

Mounting requirements
- Stud-framed wall: add the WHW+S8 wall holder pair. It's required for stud construction.
- Concrete or solid brick: no extra hardware needed. The Fischer bolts call for a wall at least 12 cm (4.7 in) thick.
- Plain drywall: not a suitable mounting surface.
Deciding how the wall bars are fixed is the buyer's responsibility.
