The BenchK 223B is the complete Series 2 station with a fixed bar: black wall bars, the PB2 6-grip pull-up bar, the DB1 dip bar and the B1 reversible bench. It puts pulling, pushing and bench work on one wall with a single order.
How it compares
The 223B is the 222B with the B1 bench added. The 233B carries the same dip bar and bench but replaces the fixed PB2 with the convertible PB3, which moves between rungs and flips into a barbell rest. Pick the 223B if you want the pull-up bar permanently at the top.
Highlights
- Fixed 6-grip pull-up bar. The PB2 is permanently mounted to the top of the frame, at either of 2 heights, with non-slip handles for varied grips.
- Adjustable dip bar. The DB1 changes height for each user or comes off completely. Its armrests and back support are integral polyurethane, which is durable and wipes clean.
- Foam-free bench. The B1 has an extra seat and four leg-support rollers, all solid polyurethane with no synthetic leather or foam.

Ceiling clearance: leave at least 20–25 cm (8–10 in) between the top of the pull-up bar and the ceiling so your head clears it during pull-ups.
Before you order: your wall
- Wood stud wall: add the WHB+S8 wall holder pair. BenchK requires it for stud construction, and it's sold separately.
- Concrete or solid brick: the fixings packed with the frame cover it, provided the wall is at least 4.7 in (12 cm) thick for BenchK's Fischer expansion bolts.
- Drywall on its own: not suitable.
Choosing the mounting method is the buyer's decision and responsibility.
