The QLI Triangle Grip Handle (QTGH07) is a compact cable attachment for close-grip pulling, including seated and low rows, close-grip lat pulldowns and other cable exercises. It connects to a cable pulley system and gives a narrow, neutral grip that keeps the elbows close to the body.
Non-slip grip surfaces help users hold their position through heavy sets, and sturdy welded joints are built for the repeated loading of a busy cable station. At under 8 inches in every direction, it stores easily on a hook or rack between sessions.
A triangle handle is a staple attachment for rows and pulldowns. It complements QLI's Double D Handle and Lat Pulldown Bar to make up a full set of cable grips.
