The QLI Safety Spotter Arms (QSA024) are a pair of steel arms that catch and hold the barbell when a lifter needs to stop suddenly or can't complete a rep. They fit duty racks, squat racks and power cages.
To adjust, twist and pull the arm, move it to the desired height and secure it with the safety catch and pin lock. Rubber padding on the steel arms absorbs shock and protects the bar. QLI rates them to 2,200 lb (1,000 kg) per pair, so they hold up to heavy squats and presses.
