The QLI Landmine Rack Attachment (QLRA19) mounts to a rack or multi-function machine and anchors one end of a barbell for landmine training. It supports squats, rows, lunges, presses and rotational work from the same station.
The steel barbell tube rotates through a range of angles, so the bar can move freely in several directions while staying securely held at the base. That makes it a compact way to add angled and rotational movements that a fixed barbell path can't provide.
It suits commercial gyms, athletic facilities and home gyms looking for more exercise variety from an existing rack.
