Freight delivery is calculated at checkout from your delivery state and the number of machines in your order: $520–$860 for one machine within the contiguous United States. Curbside/dock delivery by appointment. Residential freight may include liftgate service. Inside delivery, stairs, assembly and packaging removal are not included. Orders of more than 6 machines are quoted. Typical timing from QLI: 2–5 business days to leave the warehouse when in stock; about 8–16 weeks when not in stock. The QLI 6-Position Adjustable Bench (QAB03) is a commercial weight bench whose backrest sets to six angles, from flat to inclined, for pressing, rows and dumbbell work. It is built for commercial gyms, training studios and home gyms that want one bench to cover many exercises.
Six backrest positions give each session more exercise options without a second bench. The high-grade steel frame has an electrostatic powder coat to resist oxidation, and the legs use anti-slip rubber to stay planted on the floor. The pads are covered in smooth leather for comfort, and built-in casters and a handle let one person move the bench between a rack, a cable station and open floor.
QLI designed the QAB03 to work alongside multi-function racks and other multi-station machines, which makes it a natural companion to a power rack or cable crossover. QLI's other adjustable bench, the QAB01, adds seat and leg-pad adjustment. Choose the QAB03 for a quick-setting bench, and the QAB01 when those extra adjustments are needed.
