QLI Adjustable Bench with Seat & Leg Pad Adjustment

The QLI Adjustable Bench (QAB01) is a commercial weight bench whose backrest, seat pad and leg pad all adjust. It can be set up for pressing, rows and dumbbell work across a wide range of positions, for commercial gyms, training studios and home gyms that want one bench to handle most free-weight exercises.

Because the backrest, seat and leg pad each adjust, users can match the bench to the exercise and their own body size, which helps them get into a stable position quickly. The high-grade steel frame stands on stable legs with anti-slip rubber feet, and the seat and backrest pads are leather-covered for comfort. Wheels and a handle make it easy for one person to move the bench between a rack, a dumbbell area and open floor.

The QAB01 pairs naturally with a power rack, a dumbbell set or a cable station. QLI's other adjustable bench, the 6-position QAB03, is simpler to set. Choose the QAB01 when seat and leg-pad adjustment are needed.
